Athletic Impression – Impression comes before reputation
A professional athlete is much more than just a score maker. As part of our Innovation services, Athletic Impression was developed based on identified needs. The Athletic Impression platform examines the athlete as a performer, whose value is formed not only by their statistics but also by how reflective they are, and how credible, reliable, and engaging they are in the eyes of colleagues and fans. The platform aims to assist agents and professional athletes, or those aspiring to be, in determining their right worth – databased value (DBV) – and in taking control of the factors influencing it.
The platform handles data collection, management and auditing as well as all calculative operations needed to provide a comparable impression index for athletes. The index transparently indicates the athlete’s phase of development and performance level, and reveals the player’s contribution to their team’s or club’s success, visibility, and reputation. The assessment can be executed as a one-time evaluation.
Reflectivity
Using HC4SPORTS technology, the strongest and most critical goals are gathered. The most critical goals are formed by current and target state comparisons. The Reflectivity index demonstrates the athlete’s ability to recognize areas of development.

Individual athletes also benefit from examining their own impression with self-assessment tests. This allows them to demonstrate their direction and value in the sport.
