HC4Technology

HedCoach provides a set of Key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring and learning from peers. The assessment is based on a relational model in which information is generated from relations. Benchmarking data from peers is offered in real-time. A real strategy involves a clear set of choices that define what the organization is going to do and what it’s not going to do. The purpose of the metrics is to activate community members and help the organization build a strategy on a maintainable basis. Together with the organization’s financial figures, HC4Technology indicators point the desired way with reasonable effort.

Various reasons to get started

Concretizing common goals

“Everyone is doing important work, but we lack a common language.”

Renewing strategic work

“We have a strategy, but it is not visible in everyday life. We need a mirror to help us see where we are.”

Fragmentation or exhaustion in the community

“People do a lot, but in different directions. We don’t know what guides our actions.”

Demonstrating funding or impact

“How do we demonstrate that our community is effective, even if the results are not always visible in the statistics?”

Initial phase or evaluation of a development project

“We want to develop, but first we need to listen to the community. Evaluation provides a structure for this.”

Developing leadership

“How is our leadership visible in the field? What about in relation to other roles?”

Athletic Impression – A Pilot within HC4Technology

Athletic Impression is our part of our Innovation projects, and it is piloted in 2025. Athletic Impression provides a comprehensive, comparable, and easily readable picture of the earning potential of players in various sports and roles. This is especially important in professional sports, where the athlete is one of the club’s most significant investments.
